The Company offers an Instant Payment Service to its partnered Restaurants, enabling them to receive payments for successfully completed and delivered orders directly into their registered bank accounts within [24 hours / the same business day] of order completion. This service allows faster access to earnings compared to the standard settlement cycle. For the use of the Instant Payment Service, the Company will charge a 3% GST and applicable taxes on the payout amount. In certain cases, additional service charges may also be applied based on transaction volume, payment method, or special processing requirements. All applicable charges and deductions will be clearly reflected in the payout summary provided to the Restaurant

The Restaurant agrees to a standard commission fee of 10% on the total value of each successfully delivered order through the platform,In addition to the standard commission, the Company reserves the right to charge additional service fees or percentage-based charges in certain circumstances, in cases where the order volume or business scale is significantly lower than expected, the Company may impose additional percentage-based charges to cover operational and service-related costs.
